I can't express enough gratitude to the incredible hotel staff for the warmth of their welcome. From the very first moment, it felt as if I had stepped into a place where I belonged—a true family atmosphere enveloped me. I must give a special shout-out to Ahmed Alshi, who turned out to be an extraordinary friend during my entire stay. His thoughtfulness was remarkable; he genuinely cared about my comfort, even checking on me in the evenings, which underscores the level of attention and care that permeated every aspect of my visit. Let me also highlight the maids—they were nothing short of amazing, attending to my every need with a level of dedication that truly impressed me. It’s a bit of a shame that my Arabic skills are lacking, but that certainly didn’t put a damper on my experience. In fact, everyone I encountered was so kind and eager to help that it only enhanced my stay. With all these wonderful emotions swirling around, I’ve already decided to return here very soon. Thank you all for such an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is very special, starting from the rooms and their cleanliness, to the hotel staff and their kindness. I really felt a sense of psychological comfort in this hotel that I did not find in many hotels, and I do not know the real reason behind this psychological comfort, but the hotel is wonderful with a nice atmosphere and positive energy.
